Hot-start PCR Master Mixes

Ready to use/load 5X Master Mixes based on hot-start heat activated polymerases is a very flexible instrument in PCR-based research and diagnostics fields. Master Mixes contain all reagents (except primers and DNA). The use of Master Mixes can save time of the PCR reaction setup (reduction of pipetting steps) and increase reproducibility of results. Ready-to-load (colored) Master Mixes contain inherent dyes for direct onto gel loading of the samples just after PCR run. Master Mixes also contain additives which thermo-stabilize enzyme during time-consuming PCR setup and amplification. |
